"Very Good"
Great rooms and very comfortable and the largest bed of our UK trip. Very very central amazing location with many key tourist spots walking distance and wonderful restaurants (Chinatown and soho close) Special callout to lovely staff. Very friendly and super extra helpful. Plus very generous late checkout for a nominal fee.

We were three of us and had booked a junior suite. We were on the 7th floor of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. We were a bit early but the room was ready and we were quickly checked in. Adeel was extremely helpful. The room was excellent. The bed was large and even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is centrally located at Piccadilly Circus and it is an extremely happening area and very well connected by underground, buses and taxis. There are several restaurants with multiple cuisines and bars.

We had to ask for enough towels for three people and the shower was out of shower gel (discovered while in the shower). We also had to ask for nose tissues. These requests were handled quickly upon calling the front desk. Other than that, our stay at Thistle was great. Very nice staff!

I’ve used it before and like the location as it is close to venues I am visiting. The rooms are clean, very comfortable with excellent facilities. The bed aids a good nights sleep also helped how quiet the hotel is considering it’s in the centre of town. Breakfast offers a good choice which is regularly checked by kitchen staff and refreshed. All in all excellent.

Really small and dirty room, did not understand why it is rated as 4 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible, "restaurant" dirty, staff in a restaurant seemed completely clueless. Only one lift was working, which was used by housekeeping team most of the times. The only good thing was location and lady at the reception.

The location was excellent. For such a central location it was relatively quiet. The proximity to major tube lines was a real bonus as we had an early start on our day of check out.

I just love love love this hotel. The staff are wonderful, the hotel is hidden away yet in the middle of everything. The rooms are huge and have everything, the breakfast is lovely and i love the intimacy of the restaurant. My go to hotel in London and I stay in a suite because its so affordable. I highly recommend
